Staff were not helpful and rude in general. Roof top bar always had a private party. Not available to general public. Good location and price, just don’t expect much else

We loved our room (presidential suite) and the history of the building.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, the food and drinks at the rooftop restaurant were amazing, breakfast was also very good.
The location is very convenient for everything to do around the zocalo.
