“Staff at reception and breakfast kind of grumpy. The receptionist with the accent is polite. The rooms are clean”

“Amazing property with amazing staff. Can't wait to come back.”

“Such a gorgeous view of land and mountains - and the trains quietly go by! Clean, comfortable beds, nicely decorated, great bathrooms, and what an outdoor patio! We were arriving late at night so I called the hotel and they made arrangements to leave our key card in an outdoor safe with a code - it was so helpful! Breakfast was outstanding with a cappuccino machine, an incredible fruit bar, yogurt station, and delicious scrambled eggs and bacon, and all kinds of breads. Close drive to Leogang...

“View and location were great. Communication was frustrating as we couldn’t get mobility pass during our stay.”

“Astonishing views, awesome customer service from all starf, beautiful facilities!”

“This place was a great experience. I would stay here again.”

“Beautiful hotel, well maintained , but the SERVICE needs significant improvement. I specifically booked this hotel because I wanted a room with a mountain view. When I arrived, however, the only view from my room was a tree. I went to the front desk and explained that I had specifically booked a mountain view, but instead of addressing the issue, I was told “YES, YOU HAVE MOUNTAN BEHIND THE TREE”. I was also told that nothing could be done unless I paid extra to move to another room. I had to...

Fantastisk frukost! Middagen höll inte lika hög nivå. Gymmet var outstanding om än varmt.”

“A great adventure themed hotel with terrific staff great breakfast and a top sauna to help weary muscles after long day Loved it”
