“Beautiful hotel, well maintained , but the SERVICE needs significant improvement.
I specifically booked this hotel because I wanted a room with a mountain view. When I arrived, however, the only view from my room was a tree. “Such a gorgeous view of land and mountains - and the trains quietly go by! Clean, comfortable beds, nicely decorated, great bathrooms, and what an outdoor patio! We were arriving late at night so I called the hotel and they made arrangements to leave our key card in an outdoor safe with a code - it was so helpful! Breakfast was outstanding with a cappuccino machine, an incredible fruit bar, yogurt station, and delicious scrambled eggs and bacon, and all kinds of breads. Close drive to Leogang...
