Clean room, good kitchen, but bring your own pot, pan and teapot. Mattress so-so, but you can handle it.

We had to move rooms 2x’s. The first room we had was river view (beautiful and recommended), the barn door would not close. Called FD, they move us to another room. This room was a downgrade, smaller and view of the rooftop. The room was dirty! I went downstairs to talk to FD. This is our 3rd room at 11pm. I state I paid for a suite, they giving us standard room, and had to move several times. I asked for a concession- considering my downgrade from a suite to a standard room and having to move several times. She balked, then rudely stated- as if doing me a favor-“only thing I can do for you is 2 free breakfast”. Although we had 3 people. The third room- sink stopper and fridge did not work. The carpets are a fall hazard- they have ripples throughout the hallway. The big plus- it’s smoke free and the lobby is beautiful. Service is “eh”.

The location is great. This hotel is good for a 1 night stay. Rooms are clean, staff very helpful but the property could use some maintenance. The bed lumpy and soft; it was very hot outside and not only were we on the top floor but we only had a little fan and the thermostat didn’t work. We managed to open a window a little for air with the fan running for circulation.
