“El año pasado me quedé 1 semana y muy muy bien todo. Limpieza, personal, servicio, atención, transportación para aereopuerto. Este año me quedé un dia para otro. Las habitaciones no están bn limpias, salimos 3 personas con congestión y asma, ya q el olor a polvo estaba fuerte. El aire no era el mejor. Necesitaba habitación de impedidos y las q habían no estaban funcionando el aire y la limpieza no era la adecuada. ”

“Everything was great except the bathroom was inconvenient. We had an accessible room, so there was no pan to catch the water from the shower so it went everywhere. Minimally, they need to have extra towels in that room. They also need towels hangers and shelves to put your clothes and stuff. Just a few small improvements would be a bed help. The room phone was also not working. ”
