“No aircon. Very hot room. Got a fan but pretty poor for an expensive Spa resort. No late checkout for Gold member... 2 hours 20 pounds. All in all OK but a little disappointed ”

“A lovely little pub ideally situated for walkers, cyclists and horse riders but breakfast is not served until 9am although it is advertised in the room as 8 to 10am. As like us most people holidaying for this reason want to be up early and out. We had a room for three adults but the hospitality tray was set for two people and as the room was not cleaned or beds made during our stay we only had one t bag left for the second morning.”

“We had a garden room which was lovely. Large and comfy bed. Lovely large room and en suite. All the staff were all kind and extremely helpful. The breakfast was well worth it and delicious. The leisure complex was well appointed, clean and a pleasure to use. I think that the only thing I wasn’t so keen on was the bar. It felt a bit of an afterthought and was uninviting which was a shame. We will definitely stay there again.”
