“Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent.”

“Ideal location for a family visit & made our dog feel very welcome! Everywhere was beautifully decorated & the staff were very welcoming! Breakfast was amazing & we would definitely stay there again !! Well done to the Sutherland xx”

“No hot water the first night, though they mover us to another room the second one (much smaller). Excellent breakfast, and really kind staff.”

“sitio muy apartado de la ciudad. muy grande y a la vez complicada la configuración del hotel. la cama muy cómodo. ”

“This Hotel does everything right. Firstly it's location is right next to Telford International Centre for conferences and exhibitions. Secondly it's a maximum 10 minutes walk to the South water development with a range of restaurants, Bella Italia etc, pubs, Hungry Horse, and entertainment Cineworld, Bowling Alley and more. It's well designed and easy to get to on foot( if the gate at the hotel is not closed you can cut across the Telford International Centre car park, making it even...

“It was an ok visit but we wouldn't go back - just wasn't an inviting experience - and no dinner served on Monday meant we had to go out”

“Situado cerca de zona Industrial de facil acceso . Todo cerca. Habitaciones limpias pero colchones muy incomodos. Del resto todo bien”

“Clean, spacious, rooms with comfortable beds. Nice staff and good breakfast. Nothing fancy but perfect for a one night stay when in the area.”

“The person on reception was nice, they appeared to be working alone so did a good job. Polite and was quick to help. Hotel was grubby, noisy and in need of upgrading. Had to switch rooms as the first room (#10) the windows had a huge gap and wouldn't close so let in a lot of cold air. The second room was marginally improved but the heating wouldn't come on, shower head was disgusting so didnt use. Gaps under doors to the corridor meant you could hear all passers by. Far too expensive for...

“Everything was fine, clean, good parking. Short of a plug for the kitchenette sink and very noisy fall pipe in the shower room when our upstairs neighbours showered at 5.30 AM each morning (woke us thinking we had a leak). Apart from that, all good. Would certainly stay again”

“Loved our stay here. Very quiet room, clean and cosy. Fabulous staff, especially Shannon. Good food too. Highly recommend.”
