“It wouldn't be a bad place it was bigger and staff existed. You cant get any help and they expect you to message the property online. And when you try to cancel your reservation they tie your money up because they cant reach the staff or property. They hotel doesn't even know what they are talking about i ordered a room for 2 and they told menit was for one!”

“The staff was friendly and contacted me in advance to resolve a payment issue. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of my stay. The pod wasn’t very clean. It had holes and stains , there was nowhere to charge my phone or other devices while sleeping, and overall it looked worn out and poorly maintained. The common areas, especially the hallways, were messy. The showers were by far the worst part. They weren’t properly sealed, the pipes were exposed, and they felt dirty and unsafe to...
