“Set on a picturesque canal, a garden by the waters edge with waddling ducks coming to say hello, the staff team here are caring and kind. Our room had an old but very modern feel and as a couple we discussed the art on the walls. We've had a lovely stay and we're made to feel very welcome.”

“The hotel was great and had a relaxing atmosphere. Good food and the staff were helpful and friendly. The spa was nice but in the smaller side so I would try and go during quieter periods. The room was a good size and very clean. At breakfast there was a good amount to choose from if you don’t have any specific dietary requirements.”

Our room was unique and full of old pub charm including sloping floors, but it was super clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom was well appointed.”

“We were looking for an overnight stop travelling back North from Southampton and came across here. There was a big extension being built to the front of the pub so parking was difficult but otherwise caused no inconvenience. We had 3 rooms and all were very comfortable and well equipped . What stood out about this place was the staff, all were genuinely lovely and friendly. Checked in and personally shown to our rooms. We ate at the pub and the food was quickly served and was simply delicious...
