“We had some issues with cleanliness on arrival to our room, the staff were absolutely amazing and so helpful. The bathroom still needs a good deep clean, sadly that let the experience down. The windowsills weren't clean and the netting/curtains were dirty. The room was fitted out to a good standard and was modern and appeared luxurious with comfortable beds. Unfortunately the cleaning staff had let them down. The breakfast was lovely and all staff were absolutely brilliant.”
