“Tener en cuenta que si tu vuelo llega a la terminal uno y es por esta razón que escogiste este Hotel, has de saber que la terminal uno está totalmente cerrada por reformas y que tu vuelo llegará a la terminal dos o tres este Hotel tiene un autobús que conecta la terminal dos y tres con el Hotel pero deben de informarte los horarios. A mí nadie me informó que era terminal uno estaba en reformas y fue un problema. Para mí tampoco me informaron que tenían este Chat para ir al Hotel y tuve que...

“we have never got a chance to stay at this hotel we had family emergency we couldn’t make it to our trip. We asked to exchange the date they refuse we then ask for refund. They also refuse if you know better do not book with this hotel especially when you got something come up as family emergency they don’t care please take your money elsewhere.”
