“Yes its a beautiful resort! Rooms are amazing and housekeeping team is top notch-shout out to Helmy and Mohammad on the 19th floor! Front desk were also helpful and smiley! But the service level anywhere else is not representative of a Rixos level! Staff at the buffet, restaurants , bars are clearly not happy working there and it shows in how they deal with customers.
