“The hotel was absolutely stunning. We had a surprise room upgrade, staff and service was incredible the entire trip, and so helpful with everything. Pool area was unreal, not too busy which was nice. Reasonably priced bar and lunch options. Food buffet options were so varied and tasty, we liked having the option of menu items to pick from as well as the buffet, gave a proper restaurant feel. Only thing we felt could improve was after dinner, there wasn’t anything to do as the bar closed at 8pm...

“The hotel is very beautiful, the rooms itself also good. The bathroom is small. the sea is good (not the best in Crete but good enough) you have sunbeds and drinks and snacks available there. The food options are limited but tasty, wouldn't be the best food you eat in Greece but still good. Don't wait for aisles of food. The Asian restaurant is seriously bad.
