I was in Kharkiv at a time when missile strikes were a regular occurrence and still the property was well maintained and comfortable. Aside from Russian attacks, the general area seems very safe and is very much a family environment with a large playground in the enclave, and a small supermarket and otter shops within a 3 minute walk. ”

I did not have room service for 3 days, shower knob is broken and nobody cares. And they actually do not serve breakfast there.”

El baño cada vez alguien de otras habitaciones lo utiliza sube el agua y hace un horrible ruido , olor horrible , y mucho más como toallas muy viejas ya sin color , normalmente son blancas estas parecían grises de tanto uso y mal lavado , el grifo de abrir el agua pegajoso y muy sucio............. podría...

“Hotel renovado pero con deficiencias. El desayuno es lento y bastante pobre y caro para lo ofertado. La habitación está bien pero es básica para un hotel 4 estrellas de ese precio.”
