“Clean room, helpful staff and the breakfast was fantastic every morning! One thing I’d caution about is the shuttle runs from the hotel to the airport. They’re incredibly expensive (1k pesos) just to get to the airport, which was only about 10-15 minutes away. Other than that, the hotel was excellent.”

When I disputed this, they provided two conflicting documents: an unsigned slip and another with a forged signature that is NOT mine. “Almost everything was perfect in this beautiful boutique hotel,nice decoration,nice room(samia),perfect beach,lush environment,attentive and well English spoken staff.Restaurant with potential,offers a very good quality and varied a la carte options but ambiance and music at nights should be improved to make it more romantic,inviting;now is too bright,looks like a cafeteria.Breakfast is quite simple and repetitive,no natural orange juice offered,which is a must.”
