“My experience at this hotel was disappointing. I chose it for one specific reason: the pool and spa, so I could enjoy some time with my 3-year-old son. But when we went to the area, we were told that children are not allowed. This crucial restriction, which should be clearly stated at the time of booking, completely undermined the purpose of our stay. The rooms are basic and dated. “The bathroom was small and dirty with mould growing up the pipes behind the wc. The w.c. was filthy in the bowl. The stairs leading to the room - the Stour Room - were dusty with bitts all over The property looks lovely outside but i would not recommend it to anyone and i think you should visit this inn urgently. ”

“Our room was spotlessly clean and tidy. Breakfast was excellent too. Will definitely return, thanks for making our stay so enjoyable.”

“Beautiful setting, very helpful staff, lovely hotel excellent restaurant.”

“Stayed here twice now and have left with insect bites both times, a little look on Google and it appears that I'm not an isolated occurrence there have been numerous reports of people suffering from bed bug bites. Absolutely disgusting that they have not closed and fully fumigated and deep cleaned the hotel!!! Will never stay here again!!!”
