“Great place and super clean! Location is great and super close to a good pub and an IGA. Staff was super friendly and very accommodating to our needs! Only two nickpicks are that the TV is too far away from the sofa and the bed was too soft for me (but that's just personal preference).”

“The rooms clean and tidy. For an old motel and dated decor. Breakfast were enjoyable and well attended each morning. Staff pleasant and engaging. Parking on site was a huge must for us as we all travelled by car to meet in Ballarat. Walking distance to good pub grub. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay”
