Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, war wohl früher das beste Hotel in CR. Dies merkt man an der hochwertigen Zimmerausstattung. Dennoch alles sauber, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer war angenehm ruhig, obwohl mitten in der Stadt. Leider stimmen die Daten auf der Website nicht mit der Realität überein. Kühlschrank und Minibar im Zimmer war nicht da. Auf meinem Wunsch hin wurde mir zumindest ein Kühlschrank gebracht. Es wurde mir mitgeteilt, das ein Renovierung ansteht. Ich freue mich das Hotel wieder zu buchen, wenn die Renovierung durchgeführt wurde

Vorab: Das Hotel wurde erst vor Kurzem übernommen, davor war es das Hotel Post Faber, eine langjährige Institution in Crailsheim. Man merkt, dass sich im Dormero vieles im Umbruch befindet und das Hotel modernisiert wird. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und nett und immer bemüht, uns ein gutes Gefühl zu geben. Das Frühstück war standesgemäß und vollkommen in Ordnung. Etwas schwierig ist dass die Rezeption erst ab 13 Uhr besetzt ist, was eine frühere Anreise schwieriger gestaltet. Auch dass es in den Zimmern sehr warm war, da keine Klimaanlagen installiert sind, wurde geholfen, indem wir einen Ventilator gestellt bekamen. Abzüge gibt es allerdings für die Zimmerreinigung. Am ersten von drei Tagen kam überhaupt niemand, obwohl wir frische Handtücher benötigt hätten. Am zweiten Tag fanden wir dann die Abfälle aus dem Badezimmermüll in der Toilette. Dies geht überhaupt nicht. Weder von der Idee her, noch, dass es nicht einmal heruntergespült war. Ein sehr unangenehmer Anblick. Auch waren keine Papiertücher aufgefüllt, die man eigentlich immer braucht. Dass dann um 8 Uhr morgens direkt vor dem Zimmer gesaugt wurde, was uns geweckt hat, sorgte auch nicht für Zufriedenheit. Fazit: Das Hotel an sich ist in Ordnung, und wird sich vermutlich nach und nach weiter verbessern, aktuell ist aber noch etwas "Sand im Getriebe"

Der Aufenthalt war im August zu einem Festival in der Nähe. Die Top Lage hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Hotel hat einen schönen Außenbereich der zum gemütlichen zusammen sein einlädt. Die Angestellten waren immer total hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir wurden von der Hotelleitung wundervoll behandelt und würden immer wieder kommen. Das Frühstück war lecker. Alles in einem ein gelungener Aufenthalt. 5 Sterne ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wir hatten bei Ankunft ein kleines Problem mit den Zimmern, es wurden statt drei DZ nur zwei DZ und ein EZ reserviert. Das Problem wurde unmittelbar und professionell gelöst. So stellt man sich guten Service vor! Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder buchen.
