“Nobody was at the reception and there was a Problem not being able to finalize the check in (neither online, machine downstairs nor indoor machine). There was a WhatsApp for contacting but nobody answered. Called to an emergency contact number from the hotel and they finally could assist me, but lost 1h15 in the process. Room is confortable and It is modern. ”

“My first time to germany, they speak english so well. Staff also were so approachable and helpful.”

“Was schön!”

“Todo. La situación, el desayuno, comodidad, limpieza. Facilidad por parte del hotel para aparcar. Perfecto.”

“Best location, convenient parking lot, loved everything about this hotel. We stayed in room 234, the one Churchill stayed in!”

“They gave me a room that stank of tobacco, I complained and got a new room, I was surprised that they don’t have that information at the front desk or perhaps though I wouldn’t complain, not serious concern about guests in that sense.”

“This is a beautiful and very welcoming hotel, the personnel is lovely making you feel like the most important people in the world, always paying attention to your needs, and focused in resolving your problems, far beyond your needs. Breakfasts was amazing and the people attending very warm. Room was spacious, clean, nice bed. Definitely a hotel that you would not expect the service and comfort that they offer ton their clients”

The high ceilings make them feel bigger. My only suggestion is to upgrade the mattresses as they are simply plastic covered foam pads. A perfect place for a night or as a base to explore. Although it is self check in, the staff were very responsive through messaging and accommodating ensuring our room was...
