Interesting concept with no contact, nice overall value

This place has fallen off so badly. Nothing like it was when it was a Sonder property. But you’ll get to see the ghosts of when someone actually cared about the property and rooms. Sink didn’t drain, hot water not hot, loud, dirty, floors were never vacuumed in the halls and there were crumbs and garbage on the floor for three days in a row with no one doing a thing about it. Got multiple room assignments and then when I checked out got another confirmation email that my room was booked. A complete mess from start to finish. They talk about being a no touch property. Might be time for a touch. Again when this was a Sonder property it was an oasis. Now it appears to be Motel 6s attempt at high end and it is an attempt that is failing spectacularly. Terrible experience.
