“Good amenities and nice people”

“The receptionist did even tell us that no lift going to our room. She just tell us where is the stairs. My husband and I spend half an hour to look for lift because we have luggage and I’m having knee problem. To our surprise we have no choice but to carry all our luggage to our room z002.
