Location was superb for getting to see other family, friends, and locations like Valleyfair, Como Zoo, malls, etc. Also their ice machines are the best we've had at any hotel ever.”

“I booked a stay to recover from a knee surgery. We intentionally booked an extra night the day before to swim in the pool since I couldn’t swim after surgery. At no time during booking or check in that the pool is being used all day by the British Swim School. We walked in no one acknowledged us or welcomed us addressed us.
