The room was amazing for the price, a little dated but clean and comfortable. The Gluten Free options at breakfast were better than more expensive hotels. Staff was a 10 of 10. Highly recommend this hotel

Easy check-in, good breakfast. Some renovations going on, so breakfast was in an unusual place. Thought we were having trouble with our key cards... They gave us two, and we thought they were both room keys, actually one was for the pool ( they explained that to another member of our party, but not to us).Enjoyed having a suite, but thought it unusual that the door to the bedroom was glass panels, not a sold one, so not great privacy if sharing the run (pull out sofa ) with others.

Excellent and helpful staff especially the breakfast personnel. The rooms are fairly basic but clean. The property and parking lot are a little rougher and aged.

Upon first checking in our room had a toxic chemical smell. We went to front desk and talked to Megan and asked to be moved. She was very helpful and moved us to a good room. The breakfast is okay but not enough choices for people who are eating healthy. The outside grounds needs better upkeep.

Carpet was gross, very stained and dirty. It was nasty. Bathroom floor corners were filthy. I’ve never stayed in such a nasty room before. Entrance was beautiful, clean, very nice, boy the room was discussing. Elevator carpet was even nastier. We never took our shoes off!

Staff was great and room was clean. The bad side, everything was outdated carpet was old and stained. Grass was longer than the Vietnam jungle. It's ok if you're in a last minute pinch and need a room. The price was high and you can get a much nicer hotel room in this price range.
