“Stayed here overnight during a weeknight as a family of five, and while we went in with an open mind after reading the reviews, the experience still fell short. Reception closes at 5pm, so we made sure to call ahead. We first rang at 3pm to advise we’d arrive around 5:30pm, then called again at 4:50pm to let them know we were only six minutes away. We arrived at 4:58pm to find the door locked, lights off, and no one in sight. After calling a random mobile number, we were told, “You said 5:30pm,...

“The room looked clean when we first arrived, but then we noticed all the crumbs on the bedside table from the previous guests. Bed was very comfortable and having a bar with a restaurant downstairs was great. The location was very convenient and there was a few other shops around. We turned on the bathroom light/fan and a putrid smell came up from the drain. We showered in the dark from then on. There is no reception here, so you need to see the bar staff to check in. After this experience...

“I was lucky to have a very high floor so views were amazing! The bed and pillows are five star. The only glitch was retrieving keys/cards from corner shop...its awfully unorganised and just a mess to search through. I figured it out, but im sure there are many who struggle. Im surprised there isn't another organised, designated area to collect them..like Circle on Cavill Hotels do.”

“In Quest we had a well appointed clean 1bdroom apartment on 7th floor. Great for self catering, and bottle shop next door. Light rail station across the road. Walking distance of about 300m to good coffee on street near Sundale shopping precinct, for picking up supplies if needed. There’s on street parking but we chose to pay $30 for our overnight stay. Nice friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Nice and spacious apartment, 180 degree beach views, pool, tennis court and gym. We stayed for Marathon event and it’s very close by starting and finishing, even the course is just underneath front on the road.”
