The location is superb which is close to an outlet and there are many scenic places in the vicinity, too. The accommodation is also outstanding providing all necessary utensils and facilities. It also provides a nice view from the balcony. With such a reasonable price this place is highly recommended and we would come back again when I travelled to Gold Coast next time. P.S. The door is self-locked but if it can provide a safety lock it would be more perfect.

Staff friendly and helpful. Parking secure and easy as we had an allocated spot. Sofa broken, uncomfortable and had food on it. Cutlery draw dirty with food scraps, and apartment generally dusty. Unable to get any Australian free to air on the Tv only B grade American channels or paid streaming. Location was perfect for us.

This property was great for a first visit to the Gold Coast. The pool area was great, it has a spa, sauna, gym and bbq area. The entry to apartment and parking area was easy. The apartment itself was great, it has everything you need to have a comfortable stay and as we stayed for more than a week they refreshed our linen half way through our visit.

Loved the location. Great walk to harbour town and dublin docks. And not too long of a drive to theme parks or surfers paradise. Perfect size for large family. Down side was not enough stuff to keep maintain cleanliness for example the dishwasher wasn't working, vacuum wouldn't suck so had to sweep, wifi was pretty average and the TV kept loading when put a movie on for kids to wind down. Draws were broken in one room. And floors under table and couch were very grubby. Lots of dust amd crumbs. Parking was very tight but manageable. Otherwise is was great and we were very happy.

Great staff, tap in kitchen needs work, light switch in bathroom almost falling out, no bath plug,share room carpet need attention no exhaust fan in bathroom makes shaving problematic as the mirror is fogged up. These are all minor issues that can be easily remedied. The apartment was otherwise fantastic and the front line staff that we met are an asset to your organisation well done and thank you.
