The apartment was lovely, modern and clean. The receptionist was very kind and held my booking after my flight was delayed for 24 hrs. As i was there for 12 days, all my linen and bedding were changed midway through. Received a text to let me know when they would change them. Would stay here again

Easy check in and out. The apartment is tidy and clean. Everything is great except washing machine and dryer make such loud noises when in use. But would love to stay there again in the future. It is close to all the theme parks and shopping centres.

Fantastic place - our modern 2bed 2bath Apt was enormous, very clean, well furnished with a large balcony and water views. The amenities and facilities were excellent, our kitchen had every convenience that you could wish for! The outdoor pool had a nice spa, sauna, jacuzzi and gym, our kids loved it! There were nice onsite BBQs and outdoor/indoor seating areas. Location was very convenient, next door to Harbour Town Retail outlets with plenty of restaurants & good food/eating options nearby. The staff were all very courteous and helpful and great communication, made us feel welcome, and our stay very relaxing and memorable. Great value - we'd love to come back again.

We stayed at Mistral building inside quay apartments. We were given 3-bedrrom apartment even though we booked for a 2-bedroom apartment. Only downside was tha we didn’t have access to the pool and gym so wasn’t sure why and I personally didn’t chase it. Because our itinerary was fully packed and didn’t have anytime for the infouse pool. So no complaints. Overall experience was superb and wonderful. Would definitely recommend. Easy access to shops(harbour town premium outlets) and restaurants. Myself and my family enjoyed every bit of it
