All of the LaQuinta's that we stayed at on our trip were in EXCELLENT condition and very well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were comfortable as well. The staff that we interacted with were very helpful. The breakfast buffet was good--would have liked to see other fruit besides apples and tangerines (we prefer bananas or fresh berries), but the rest of the breakfast was good.

Glory and the other staff were polite, helpful and accommodating. Overall, the stay went well. However, there were issues with the elevator being out of service a few times during our stay, and there was only one elevator. Parking was easy to find and the continental breakfast held us over until lunch.

We were there to visit the Columbus Zoo and this hotel was in a good location for that. However when we arrived (1 hour after check in) our room was not ready and they were going to put us in a king size bed room-we needed and originally requested 2 queen beds. Once we got the room, it was clean, however, we found the air conditioner was extremely loud and had to turn it off in the middle of the night so we could sleep-the hotel itself could use a lot of Update in other areas too-( they need a new elevator). In the morning the continental breakfast that they had was very good though. And the complementary coffee and juice that was available at all times was nice.

We stayed for a weekend trip for our son's 4th birthday. Staff was helpful and hotel overall clean. My only gripe is that after our first night housekeeping cleaned everything but the bed. They cleaned everything else so hard that they threw away some of our stuff. No biggie, they were things like a shower cap, baggies to put toiletries, and our kid's leftover nuggies. At least I brought extra, but we had to change sheets ourself.

The overall experience was excellent! The staff (Kane and Glory) was very courteous and helpful. They were cooperative and allowed me to check out a little late, which was really helpful as I was traveling with small kids and older parents. Rooms were very nice and clean. Housekeeping staff did a very good job. Beds were very comfortable and the air-conditioning was good too. During breakfast, Kane made sure all items were replenished before any thing ran out. Though the number of items available at the buffet could be improved.

The lobby looked nice and clean. Elevator, was kinda sketchy. The second floor where we stayed was also a little sketchy. But there was a sign saying they were updating. So hopefully thats all it was. The room was ok. The blind on the window didn't close to keep all light out, wish it did. We weren't there long, but breakfast was decent. I love me some waffles, lol.
