The beds were soft. Slept great. Their breakfast was excellent. We booked the room for 2 nights, could not get clean towels for the 2nd day. Kureg Coffee maker in the room looked like it had never been cleaned so we could not use that. Mold was in the refrigerator. A couple of the staff working were rude.

Staff were fine. Elevator was broken while we were there. Our cards did not work consistently to get in the back door. Room itself felt dated and old. Back of bathroom door had rust stains from the door hinges. Ceiling had stains on it. Breakfast was not ready at the opening time because employee did not show up. Just a lot of little things that added up to never staying here again.

Shavon was excellent. She was very friendly and made you feel welcome. She was the best part of our stay! Thank you, Shavon! The gentleman and other woman at front desk were also nice. I asked to move rooms because the shower was draining slow, and she. Immediately said sure. The beds are very comfortable.

We were greeted in our room on check in with a bed that had a pillow thst was laid on. The receptionist came up and changed the sheets. The elevator didn't work for at least 2 days, so my aunt and I had to climb 3 and for 4 sets of stairs. My aunt is 87 and I have a bad leg. The bathroom sink did not drain, the toilet overflowed, and the blinds was off the hook and couldn't be pulled up or down. We were moved on the second day to the 3rd floor. The breakfast variety was good as well as the service from the person doing breakfast and the front desk person. The hotel was located in a seedy part of Columbus.
