Found absolutely no fault with their facilities, room, staff in fact everything. Convenient access to I270 and that gives easy access to SR315 AND I71. Plenty of places to eat very local too

I'm an optimist and not a complainer, but this hotel was unacceptable. In our first room, the toilet didn't flush, there were brown stains on the bed and the phone didn't work. The hot tub, two elevators and the kitchen was closed so we didn't get breakfast. We did get moved to a better room but it was in a creepy hallway. The beds were comfortable and the tv had lots of channels. Never again, though.

First qe get there to find out there is no breakfast because of maintenance which is a a reason we picked this hotel, then next we get put on the 5th floor only to find out there is only 1 elevator because the other 2 are down, room was nice but no shower towels 1 half towel and 2 wash cloths then we go down to the hot tub only to find out the hot tub is cold water alerted the staff that said it might get hot in a few hours like thats a big reason we booked this hotel then didnt know we had to bring towels to the pool so we froze going back to the room so ill never go to this hotel again

This is definitely a case where you get what you pay for. The hotel is located in a sketchy area. I have safety concerns about late night activities in the parking lot. Noise was also an issue. The bed was clean and it was a comfortable place to sleep for the night.

The room was nice, A/C worked well, beds were nice, pillows were soft. Security guard was present and visible the whole weekend as we came and went. While checking in there was a sign "No breakfast" this was one of the main reasons I booked. The property was in disarray. 2 of the 3 elevators were out of order. The hallways smelled musty and moldy with a mix of smoke as well as being dirty. The Ice machine on our floor (2) was not working and left open with wiring and everything showing. Most of the room doors had scratches all over them.
