“The worst hotel & spa I have ever been to, would not even call this place a spa - my gym has better facilities. Spa in a pub (ridiculous as it sounds). People drinking alcohol in the spa (including in the steam room). Pitch black in the spa - accident waiting to happen. Rude staff. Too busy for the size of the hotel.
