Their pools and hot tub were very nice and well maintained. We enjoyed two of the in house restaurants one for breakfast which was a very good breakfast buffet and the grill, bar which we had a very tasty buffalo burger and ruben sandwiches. The rooms were clean and very nice with a nice balcony to sit out on. Beautiful views.

Loved our stay. Room was clean, comfortable. Great private deck with views of the golf course, lake, & mountains. Grille served a delicious dinner and had live music and a great covered patio. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Staff were do friendly, helpful - loved the ability to walk the property or take a golf cart. Valet was amazing! Will definitely be back!

I loved the Mountain View’s, how close it was to many of the local attractions such as Pikes Peak Cheyanne Zoo and Garden of the Gods. I would most definitely recommend staying here and include the breakfast buffet with your stay!

We traveled with 2 kiddos after being at the zoo all day. Clean rooms & updated. Buffet was okay could use some more variety & Wish they had more options for kids. We used the pool features the most, they let you use toys for the kiddos in the water. Over all a good stay.

This place is always our go-to getaway and feels like a home away from home. The last few times we stayed here, we had great rooms, but unfortunately, this time the room was not up to the same standard. When we arrived, there was a strong smell of smoke, the A/C wasn’t working, and the bathroom was not clean, with hair on the floor, ceiling, and sink. The amenities are great, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We just hope the room quality will be better next time.

The staff are really nice and very helpful whenever you needed something they would help you right away. Period elevations had delicious food. The amenities at the lap pool/beach area or lots of fun. The room that I stayed in was very clean and functional layout. The Matcha and ice cream at the novelty store was delicious. The staff went above and beyond meaning the staff at the restaurant, front desk and maintenance/room service.

We had some hiccups with our visit, but the wonderful service at the hotel made up for all the things we ran into. Every time we flagged something, they quickly addressed and gave us a new room which improved our stay. I'd highly recommend this for families as there are so many amenities - many swim options, gym access, tennis courts, golf, and pickle ball. Plus the restaurants close by our amazing, don't miss the bakery and the pizza. Last but not least are the views... they are breath taking and if you get a mountain view from your room, you will not be disappointed.

Had a great stay this past weekend. It was a family trip and we loved all the activities and amenities. Kids specially enjoyed the kayaking and s’mores night. My husband appreciated the welcome beers. We also appreciated a good room location centrally located on the property with an awesome view. What’s cool is they have a golf cart service that can take you wherever you want on the property if needed. As others mentioned the rooms are little dated but they were fine, super clean and comfy. We really liked sitting out on the balcony in the morning and evening. The staff members were welcoming and friendly, they had everything you could think of tennis, golf (course is awesome), little soccer area by the pool (my son made some friends here with pick up game). All around wonderful visit.

Poor customer service, rooms are old and not overly clean. The price is purely paying for the view not level of luxury at the resort

Beautiful views and friendly staff. The rooms seemed a little outdated as far as TVs (no smart tv). Not a deal breaker AT ALL. No microwave in room and the Keurig worked half the time but not the other. Again not a deal breaker. If you plan to do more outside of the resort and don’t plan to use all of their amenities maybe not the place for you. But great for families and there were a lot of things to do within the resort!

Resort offered free kayaking, free bikes, had a live band by the country club. At night they had free s’mores for kids or adults to enjoy. Several swimming pools to use according to your group. This was an absolutely wonderful place for adults and kids. I recommend it highly.

We had a wonderful time at the resort from the moment we entered until we left (which was hard to do!). The lady that checked me in was fabulous. I wish I remembered her name- I know that she had really neat nails that I commented on :) It is a beautiful location with wonderful views, the rooms were clean, relaxing on the balcony was a great way to start and end the day, and all of the amenities were perfect. We used the pools, hot tub, kayaks, pedal boat and paddle boards. Thank you!
