“The Rock Ledge is an older motel. It certainly fit the bill for our short stay. The only reason for the 4 Start review is the overall age and smaller bathroom.”

“A second great stay. There is just no view like it. Facing the river and having the ships pass in front and seeing the lights of the other shore and the castle is just magical. I tried the pool this time and it was nice. Coffee maker in room as well as brewed coffee in lobby was helpful. Food nearby was good. I recommend this hotel.”

“It did have the balcony. Had a 4 day 3 night stay. Had to ask formore coffee and clean towels, they did not check to see if we needed anything. Theyran out of room coffee for the whole hotel told me to go to dinning room to get coffee and they wanted to charge me for it. I was totally shocked they wanted me to pay.
The pool looked like it had a slime on it and things floating in it. Was very disapointed we wanted to swim but could not. Cleaning carts for staff were very very noisey. The...

“What a beautiful house and great staff, met us at the door gave us a great tour, owner was very responsive and an absolute delight to do business with. If you’re looking somewhere to stay in the Alexandria Bay Area I highly suggest this place! Clean comfy quiet beautiful property. Added bonus is right on a golf coarse also!”
