Perfect location; short walk into Alexandria Bay or to Uncle Sam Boat Tours. Minor drawbacks (weirdly wrinkled carpet, for example), but the view of Boldt Castle and the blueberry pancakes at the restaurant more than make up for it.

We enjoyed our time at Riveredge resort. Key highlights include : great location near the thousand island tour cruises, friendly staff, great well-maintained on-site restaurant and bar with delicious food, good ambience, nice and clean rooms Some areas of improvement: some renovations are needed particularly for the washroom tub and the gym (can add some gym machines or greater level of dumbbells). Having a balcony is nice. We would request if they can be cleaned a bit more regularly to take down spider webs so that people like us can enjoy it more. Overall: we would recommend a stay and would go back to stay here when visiting Alexandria Bay

Staff was great and property was ok. Only one elevator on each end and they are slow, Room was ok, strange lofted bed area but that was disclosed. Bathroom sink faucet sprays water everywhere, so not very useful. Cleaning staff must have seen this and not reported? Overall, it is fine but needs updating to warrant the price point

I loved my room and the Amazing View. I did not care for the pool. It was extremely dirty. We left at 8pm, due to the dirty pool. We decided not to leave in the morning. I was disappointed to see the resort got rid of the outdoor pool and the pool table in the bar area. It was replaced by a cheaper restaurant. The restaurant in the back of the hotel

Very quiet and comfortable stay with my husband for my birthday weekend. We have stayed there on numerous occasions are are always very satisfied. The only thing different I would do is reserve a room with a harbor view rather than the marina.

The views from the property are awesome! The restaurant and bar/restaurant are convenient and the food is good. The views from the main restaurant are great! However, the property itself is in desperate need of upgrades and repair. In it's day, it must have been a beautiful place but time without maintenance has allow it to look old, dirty and shabby. There are rips in the carpets that are held together with duck tape that has curled up to be trip hazards especially in front of the elevators. Our tub and sink were old and badly stained with missing parts on the faucets, the "white" towels are dingy, stained and threadbare, You could see daylight through the door out to the balcony and there are plastic flowers inside and out giving the place a cheap feel. It is certainly not worth the money we paid to stay there. We won't be back until some money is invested into this place to bring it back to its former glory.

We had a great stay at the Riversedge Resort! we went to the Riverwatch pub and had great happy hour cocktails served by a lovely older female bartender. We also had the pubs food which was fantastic. We have been coming here for years and always love the fantastic views from the rooms. My only disappointment was that the outdoor pool was gone, was looking forward to sitting outside by the pool. Great place will go back.
