The hotel is conveniently situated right in the Montgomery Quarters mixed-use development with restaurants and shopping steps away. The bed was comfy, the hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly.

Rooms were large and clean. Furniture was very cool. Staff were very accommodating and nice. Nice large TVs in the rooms, as well. It was odd that a hotel of this caliber/cost did not have microwaves inside the hotel rooms. You had to walk down the hall to the elevator bank and use a communal microwave that was on a counter. Very strange. I also would have expected better paper products in the bathrooms.

Everything about the hotel is great. The room is super clean. The beds were very comfortable, and having the fridge was great. The only thing I didn’t like was that they didn’t tell me they were gonna be a charge for parking. They just gave me a pass and that’s it.

We had a flawlessly enjoyable stay at the Hotel Rambler. I grew up in Montgomery, but was back in town for a family graduation, and it was so cool to see such a beautiful hotel enhance the community. It's in a prime location, right in the middle of downtown Montgomery, within walking distance to several eclectic restaurants and shopping at local businesses. Also a 15 min drive to downtown Cincinnati. Our room was very comfortable, clean, quiet, with modern amenities. And the coffee shop in the hotel lobby was a huge plus. And parking in the garage was incredibly easy. I highly recommend the Rambler, and will definitely stay there again when back in town.

This is a boutique hotel nested in a quaint downtown community of Montgomery where you can safely stroll to bars and restaurants nearby. It’s not a big hotel but is artfully decorated high-end vintage style. Outside each floor elevator is a microwave, bagged ice and taps offering filtered water and sparkling water. Rooms come with fridge and coffee maker. The room hallways have a gentle calming scent of lavender. Sidecar dinner restaurant and bar are nice and open to an outdoor bar and firepit. Only note: the area establishments and hotel bar and outdoor space has a municipal curfew. Most places shut down between 9:30 and 10. So check when your event must end. The Village Tavern around the corner stays open regular bar hours. They have a small coffee shop, with muffins and egg sandwiches for purchase. I found the many times I stayed there, they were sold out early. A bit of a pain point, bc you have to head outside the hotel for breakfast.

Beautiful hotel, designed in a 1960s meets modern style. Very clean. They stock the fridge in the suite with sodas, which are complementary. Great restaurant. Awesome staff. 5 star stay. Rolled my eyes at the $10 overnight parking fee. The garage looked otherwise free and you’re in some very empty suburbs that aren’t struggling for space. Do better here and eliminate that charge.

Staff was helpful. The directions for elevator use should be shared when checking in. (Unless they were & my husband just did not hear them —The fact you need to scan your room card! ). Good safety idea but for us small town & older people it was all new to us.
