The staff was very helpful and the hotel is centrally located. There is a great coffee shop adjacent to the lobby which is super convenient. Loved the large bathroom size and the comfortable pillows. What I didn’t love was the valet parking; Expensive and we had to wait over a half hour for them to retrieve the car. If you are in a hurry plan ahead. Otherwise, park in one of the nearby garages and save yourself some $$ and hassle.

We arrived early on Thursday and we were able to check in with the help of the front desk. I didn’t get her name but she was super helpful getting us into a room. Our room was spacious and comfortable and clean. We had breakfast at the coffee shop downstairs and our bagels were excellent. I will definitely stay here the next time I’m in Cincinnati.

Great location. whirlpool room was nice but could be better for the added price. That being said, we would stay here again. no parking structure or lot was my biggest complaint. $42 a night for valet is a bit steep.

The entire stay was great. Valet staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious, the coffee shop and onsite bar were both very clean and welcoming.
