The staff was exceptional, helpful and wonderfully kind :) Breakfast was great. Room was very clean and spacious. EV charging onsite :) only con was the back of the hotel parking area could use a little clean up. We loved our stay!

Nice stay & great staff that work really hard. Suite was good sized & well presented. Breakfast was good. Location was very convenient to Kings Island. The only downside was that the pool did not look too good & we weee not able to use it. All around I score it an 8/10

The front desk staffs were excellent. I arrived very late in the day. Just after midnight due to my attending the Western and Southern Open tennis tournament. I called to let them know of my late check in and to not cancel my reservations. The staff could not be more accommodating and assured me it would not be a problem. The room was very clean and spacious. My only complaint was the quality of the towels. Very warned and in need of replacing. Although I didn’t spend much time in the room during my 2 1/2 day stay, I felt the room was clean and safe. I would stay there again without hesitation.

This was our third time staying at The Blu. It’s an older property but comfortable and clean. The rooms are large. There’s a nice breakfast included. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. We will continue to stay here on future trips!

Staff was always friendly and welcoming. Beds are very comfortable. Has issues with ants and air conditioning went out (provided fan for room). Garbage cans by one of back entrances was never emptied and trash laid piled besides on ground. Different issues with both of locks on back entrances.

The staff was fantastic. The breakfast was very good. The lady that handled the breakfast buffet was very attentive. The food was very good. The area around the hotel was one big construction zone. No problem during our stay . The only complaint is the bed was lumpy and needs to be replaced.

An actual clean hotel for once in the last 10 years of travelling. Some set in stains on the kings room (207) couch. But otherwise clean bed bath carpet fridge. I would stay again. Breakdast, free coffee and bave a water bottle filler. Good working hoshizaki ice machine. Staff was cordial and helpful.

Not impressed at all. First, the bad... Our rooms door barely worked. I had to throw my shoulder into it at least 5 times any time I was entering with my key card to finally get in. Multiple lamps had their lightbulbs burned out. There was a prior tenants hair on the upper walls of the shower. No plugs near the bed to plug phones into. Now the good... The staff was incredible and all the common areas were really well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was tasty. Overall, wouldn't recommend the room.
