Even though there is Remodeling Almost Completed, They were Making Real Headway at Getting Alot of Things All Back in Order and We Look Forward to Returning in The Near Future. Everyone was Very Friendly and Accomodating!

The\nRestroom in the shower could have used a little bit more detail in the corners and buy the graph and buy the caulking around the base of the tub.But other than that , everything was very clean

The first thing we noticed was that construction was taking place. We noticed upon entering our room that it looked clean, but did not feel clean. It felt heavy. We noticed that everywhere else looked and felt clean. I got some antibacterial cleaning wipes and wiped down the sofa, some walls, the floor, and all surfaces. That made a very big difference. We noted that the food was actually very good! The lady over it all got friendlier afrwe we talked with her awhile. She keeps it very clean and organized. After I went through the room with the cleaning wipes, my husband and I both relaxed and enjoyed our stay.

The overall experience was great. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially at the reception. However, the experience with the breakfast buffet staff was not as positive—one staff member seemed to watch our every movement, which was off-putting. The hotel itself is nice, but it definitely needs to be revamped, as the furniture and amenities, such as the gym, feel outdated.

Disappointed with the Overall Service. I was disappointed with the breakfast service. The food was not adequately stocked, and the hotel ran out of oatmeal about an hour before breakfast was scheduled to end. We also requested full-service housekeeping after our second night, but the only services provided were taking out the trash. Our bed was not made with fresh linens, and we had to specifically request clean towels. Additionally, the shower curtain liner was visibly dirty and should have been replaced. The location is convenient if you need access to a grocery store, which is within walking distance. However, there are no restaurants nearby, so dining options are limited unless you have transportation. If you have an early morning flight, I highly recommend scheduling an Uber or Lyft in advance, as relying on a last-minute ride may be challenging. Overall, there are some conveniences, but the housekeeping and breakfast service need significant improvement.
