We love the Flamingo, but the person who checked us in was unfriendly and unhelpful. We arrived at 3:00 to check in and were charged $30 to get room “early”. Every hotel we have ever stayed at the check in is 3:00. Then we were told that parking was 35 dollars per day. Sign entering garage says free parking for Caesar’s rewards members, but the small print says Diamond or Platinum only. You get $20 per day price just for being a member. It was confusing. She asked if we wanted the parking added to our hotel bill. We said yes. She don’t do it because when we left, we were charged $105 for 3 days. No discount. We were excited and happy to be at the Flamingo in Vegas until we were hit with so much negativity. Not cool! We will not stay at the Flamingo again. What we thought was a good deal at $350 turned into $600! And we pay $50 per day resort fee. Not many pool loungers unless you pay. Why should we pay for a lounge chair when we already paid 50 for resort fee? Again, not cool!

This hotel goes way beyond what one would normally expect. The room was essentially a luxury apartment. Two large flatscreens. A modern bathroom with shower. A huge bathtub in the bedroom. Washer and dryer. Complete kitchen.

Very helpful and cordial staff, especially at the front desk.
