“Perfect overnight stay before getting on the train to go to Europe. All the staff were super friendly. The grounds are lovely and I would definitely book it again.”

“The room was hotter than the sun, the fan provided did nothing and even the floor felt hot. The towels and sink had hairs on them. The room had one plug socket and it was nowhere near the bed. The temperature of the shower couldn’t be controlled, it was extremely hot in the room so I turned on only the cold tap and when I switched it to shower it would still come out hot and change temperature frequently and I couldn’t control it.”
