“Helpful staff, all areas nice and clean but there wasn’t the usual fragrances that you have in spa hotels. We wasn’t aware dogs were allowed which isn’t good for our pet allergies. Staff did explain that they’re only allowed in certain rooms/ areas. Pet hair travels as does the air from hoovers.”

“La habitación estuvo muy bien, no hacen la habitación ni cambian toallas durante la estancia. El personal bien. No me gustó mucho las opciones que habían alrededor del hotel, el transporte está un poco alejado y está a más de media hora del centro, pero en general fué una buena estancia”

“The Snooty Fox was located directly across from the market building which origins go back to 600 BC. The rooms were very clean and roomy. It gave the feel of traveling back in time to the mid 1800s. The food was top notch.”

“Bed was lovely and comfortable. Room was very nice. Struggling to get in and out of the shower. Staff on the whole were lovely but felt there was an atmosphere of discontentment amongst staff. Food expensive with service charge added without giving us the opportunity to say no. Rats running around the skip outside. Needs a general paint job outside. Leaving on a positive the breakfast was lovely.”
