Enjoyed my short stay here...Lililie the manager was quite helpful with accomodating me for 1 extra night...my only negative is that the pool was out of service...i would defitnitely return however i would call and make sure the pool is operable..also, not only do they provide beach towels, but also a beach chair which is a huge +....

Maybe change the mattress. A bit warm out?

Publicidad engañosa, incumplimiento de reserva y pésimo servicio. Mi esposa y yo nos hospedamos el fin de semana y la experiencia fue sumamente decepcionante de principio a fin. Las instalaciones reales no corresponden en lo absoluto con las fotografías promocionales que muestran en la plataforma. Pagué una tarifa elevada específicamente por una habitación con vista al mar y bañera. Al llegar, nos dijeron que no estaba disponible y nos asignaron una habitación de categoría muy inferior y en malas condiciones, sin darnos solución ni compensación por el incumplimiento. Además del alto costo por noche, cobran 30 dólares adicionales de estacionamiento y el servicio es pésimo: demoran entre 30 minutos y 1 hora en entregarte tu propio vehículo, haciéndote perder muchísimo tiempo cada vez que necesitas salir. La atención al cliente es deplorable tanto dentro del hotel como en las áreas exteriores. El trato del personal es hostil y poco profesional; en particular, la encargada que atiende la barra de la piscina tuvo una actitud extremadamente desagradable, grosera y prepotente, arruinando por completo el ambiente. No cumplen con lo que venden, no respetan las reservas pagadas y carecen del más mínimo estándar de hospitalidad. Por este precio existen opciones infinitamente superiores. No recomendamos este hotel bajo ninguna circunstancia.

The first representative put a $724 hold on my credit card for the reservation of the room even though it was prepaid. Not entirely a huge deal, but for some kind of mistake can ruin your travel budget. He told me that he would get it fixed for the $200 it should have been, but none of it was released until a day after we checked out. I even double checked with another rep the second day and he said that it was fixed, but according to my bank account, it was not. The room smelled a bit of mildew. Our bathroom light flickered and then turned off randomly while we were going to the bathroom. After using the shower, the bathtub wouldn’t stop dripping. We did let them know about the light and the dripping. They seem to fix the dripping issue and it looked like they changed the lightbulbs in the bathroom because it seemed brighter in there, but the flickering never stopped, and the random turning off kept happening. For the prices of their breakfast, it’s worth checking out some of the cooler places around instead for breakfast. Although our waitress at Renaissance was incredibly friendly and the hostess was nice too. They handled the rush very well.
