Vacations Close To Port of Rome Mall

Great location, staff and price. Was a nice quiet stay.

This stay was amazing from start to finish. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and kind throughout our stay. The property was beautiful and well maintained. The room was perfect, and the bed was so comfortable. I could not recommend it more. We hope to come back the next time we are in Rome.

In Trestevere, second time in the last few years we have stayed here as the location we feel is top notch to be able to walk to all our favourite sites, Trevi Fountain, Vatican, Colosseum and a 5 minute walk to the stone gate to shops and restaurants o'plenty.

On arriving the staff was rude and abrasive. Barely greeting us. I was asked if the receptionist should charge my card euros or dollars, I said euros. I had just had 24hrs of travel. I simply wanted to confirm the price point via my booking. She escalated the situation in seconds. I have never been treated like the way she did in any customer service situation. I was nearly in tears and had to ask for the manager. The manager did nothing but offer us drinks. That women should be fired. The property overall is FAR FROM LUXURY. It smells terribly of mold. The food was sub par. Truly a disappointment. They must have spent a lot on great advertising. I REGRET EVER BOOKING THIS HOTEL. DONT STAY HERE!!!

I was assisted by Valentina, Emiliano, Mauro, Umberto, and Eleonora; they were all attentive and friendly. The hotel's location is unique and worth highlighting, and the breakfast was spectacular, featuring high-quality food and an attentive team. The room was comfortable and had an excellent shower. The area around the hotel is very safe to walk in at any time. I hope to return soon.
