I had a very pleasant stay at Excellence Suite. The room was spacious, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the three lighting options were both practical and relaxing. I also appreciated thoughtful amenities like wine glasses and a corkscrew. A special thank you to the gentleman at reception, who was extremely kind and helpful with everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, cozy, and comfortable hotel. The location is excellent, with all the main attractions within walking distance, making it easy to explore Venice on foot. The staff were friendly, and the room was quiet and comfortable. A big advantage is the air conditioning, which was especially appreciated during the hot weather. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice.

The location was great, the staff was nice and the rooms clean. We couldn’t get the sauna to work with the directions on the wall. There was lots of noises like jumping , bumping, bouncing and furniture noise on the 3rd floor above us usually until 10:30 pm and around 4:30 am so we were awake at that time.

Location is top notch and can't complain, especially regarding the price. Though one thing we have noticed is that the air conditioning does not stay on after we leave the room, which can sometimes be a problem if we come back walking around in Rome during a heatwave haha.
