Vacations Close To 20th Street Shopping Center

The hotel is very beautiful, i'll give it that. The location was okay, though it was a little far from a lot of the places we were going. But I have to be honest about the housekeeping, because this really bothered me. When I pulled back the comforter to get into bed, there was makeup on the sheets they clearly had not been washed. I called to ask for fresh sheets, and when someone finally came, they didn't even change them. They just flipped the same sheet around, I know because I checked the bottom of the sheet. That was honestly disgusting, and I was very upset. I tried not to let it ruin the trip with my sister, but clean sheets are the bare minimum. Beautiful property, but this needs to be fixed."

I have stayed here multiple times and each time it is excellent. Great location. Clean and large rooms. Great amenities.

Excellent location to downtown Miami and walking distance to Bayside Marketplace. My room had a lovely bathroom which was bright and spacious. General cleaning was good but could have been slightly better. Many hotels forget to clean places such as walls, room decor like photos and particularly under the bed! I liked how the room had a stocked mini fridge, aswell as little essentials like a hangover kit, sweets, etc. Valet parking was great and the staff were very kind and helpful. I had already prepaid for parking but was charged this again at checkout which was annoying. I had to go back up to the desk to show the staff this who did then refund me. The pool was very clean and modern. Overall, a very good experience. I would stay again.
