The room was clean but not the room I paid for. Everything was fine after that. Staff was courteous and the breakfast was nice. Just the initial disappointment about the room not being what I paid for

Whenever we visit Boca we stay at the Hyatt downtown and always have an excellent experience. We love the on site parking and great location with many outstanding restaurants within walking distance. A favorite part of our stay is the great breakfast with excellent service we receive each morning!

My husband, one year-old daughter and I stayed at the Hyatt place for five days for the first time. Staff were very friendly. There was construction happening, but it didn’t bother us. They were discreet about it and it didn’t dampen our experience. The room was very clean and room service was great. The free breakfast buffet was pretty standard. I wished they had a cafe, restaurant, or in room dining; I’d rather pay for better food. If you know where to eat then you’re set. The hotel is well run and it’s a pleasant experience.

The room was so clean! I got it for a great price, and I shouldn't complain at all. The bed, the sheets, the TV and the city voew were excellent. The only thing I wasn't happy is that I got the room after 3pm. The second concern was the remodeling projects in the byulding during my weekend. It was kind of loud and disappointing: why would I wake up on Sunday from a hammering sound ? People should be notified upfront. Other than that is was great- the location, the price, the cleanliness, the bathroom supply.

Very nice hotel with big room. My only criticism is that room was noisy from outside traffic. Better windows would cure that. Otherwise, staff were very nice, room was clean and roomy and breakfast was very good.

The location of the hotel and the hotel itself are good. The only minus is the extra parking fee, but then I am from a generation where parking was regarded as something 'normal', something that comes with the room, not a privilege that has to be bought.

It’s a nice hotel and in a great location. My only complaint was that the elevator sounded like a jet engine taking off. It was so loud. It actually kept me up a good bit of the night. It took awhile before we actually figured out what was making the noise. I tried to speak to the front desk person about it and she told me that no one else had ever complained about it. I actually was going to record it and send it to management so they could hear what we were hearing. I honestly can’t imagine that it’s the first time anyone complained about the awful noise that they make. We were fairly close to it. Perhaps if we stay there again I would ask to be placed in a room far away from the elevator. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place Downtown Boca Raton. We had traveled from the west coast of Florida to see a jazz musician play at the Funky Biscuit. I’d definitely like to go back to Boca Raton and surrounding areas. There is so much to see and do there but unfortunately we just did not have the time. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was nice and they offered an assortment of breakfast items to choose from. I would recommend staying there just request to be in a room located away from the elevator if you .

The property is so outdated it looks like an old motel. It’s in a prime location. The carpets in the rooms are horrible and nasty all the cabinets from the fridge to the closet fall off the hinges and the bathroom and shower are disgusting. I had no choice but to stay there because where I normally stay was booked but i definitely won’t be back. Please update your property. And maybe tell your housekeeping not to yell I. The hallways talking to each other.
