“We really wanted to love the charm of Cheeca. While the beds are comfortable and some staff are wonderful, the property feels like it's resting on its reputation. For the price, the maintenance issues and inconsistent policies make it feel more like a strong 3-star hotel than a 5-star resort. The room had a persistent "humid" smell. The shower seals are broken, so the floor floods every time we shower. We also found the soundproofing poor—we could hear conversations from the room next door quite...

“Good location, but the room we had on the porch, was right by some big dumsters, that were used very frequently all through the night - making a lot of noise. Room was fine but needed renovation (broken tiles and blinds etc., matress very (too) soft. Staff was nice and offered us the use of pool facilities after our 10 AM check-out and also let us keep the car in the (free) parking for some hours. ”

“Atención y servicio excelente!”
