The property was immaculate, the staff friendly and the location was perfect. We love that the resort allows you access to The Reach, which is basically next door. You are able to use all of their amenities as well and charge them to Your room. We had a beach front room with a balcony. It was beautiful!

Enjoyed the beach. Nice ocean view room. Clean and pet friendly. Our neighbors were noisy and annoying and there was a Harley convention our first night. Nice, pleasant resort with many amenities in paradise. Good hike to the Key West action. Key West is expensive.

Very convenient to the airport. They upgraded us to a suite which was a bit nicer than we thought our room would be. Rooms are nothing to write home about but not bad. We happened to pick a weekend that a motorcycle group was holding a bike competition so that increased the patronage for the weekend. We really enjoyed the proximity to Duval St. and the staff were very courteous and professional. Would stay again.

This trip to the key West was fantastic amazing and very satisfied. My husband did really good about booking this resort I would definitely come back again. I love all the staff the bartenders the kitchen was delicious the pool side was amazing.

Love the Music at the adult pool, it didn't stink that much from the seaweed. No smell by the pool. Love the firepits by the beach and food

Very nice location. secluded from the busy Duvall st but close enough for a nice stroll to the restaurants and bars. NOT much of a beach. Seaweed all around the beach and water. Pool and bar were great.

the ice maker on the first floor was broken the whole time. the housekeeping was inconsistent, sometimes we would get cups, sometimes not. same cigarette butt on the patio all 4 days. The pool was dirty and had tiles missing. The music our first night was loud and shook the room until 10:30pm. It was a little disappointing. The location and view was good.
