“No shower gel or soap in the bathroom.
House keeping should check on the bottles of gel everyday. Room service was ok, but I won’t come back. I phoned front desk and house keeping numbers for several minutes and no one ever answer. Poor service ! ”

“Used as an overnight stop on our way south, location is good, a few minutes from the M1,
Reception staff were very good, bed was very comfortable, only down side was the shower was in need of a deep clean, dirty grouting and rust stains.
Breakfast was serve yourself, plenty full but not very hot.”

“No lift to suites. (3 floors) honestly I was disappointed for the money spend.
Chips off the sink in the Hellaby suite and lots of small things missing.”
