“A great place to take a break along the way, enjoy the restaurant and its great staff, and really close to the city of Oxford.”

“Extremely disappointing stay and nowhere near the standard expected for a superior room. We had booked a twin room but were initially given a double. When we were eventually moved to the twin room we had actually booked, the condition of it was unacceptable. There was hair across the bathroom, stained bedding, significant dust throughout the room and heavy dirt and buildup around the extractor fan and light fittings. The coffee machine still contained water and used pods from the previous...

“Great menu - dinner and breakfast excellent- room very clean and well equipped- would definitely recommend”

“Room was lovely and spacious. Only downside was the bed was uncomfortable , the mattress was quite hard and the pillows were way too soft to have a good sleep . Location was great to get to the farmers dog (10 mins in a taxi)”

“I will never stay in this hotel again. Although inexpensive by Oxford hotel prices, you get what you pay for and it is not worth it. I asked for the quietest room - hahaha. The surrounding nightclubs and the bar below are full on until after 1am! And there is no sound proofing between rooms and I had noisy neighbours too! “Historic building, very well located. The room was cozy and with a beautifull view to the river”

“Lovely area , lovely property, lovely people just a shame the place wasn’t clean ,”

“Lovely B&B would have been nice to have Breakfast included in the room rate. Room lovely, comfy bed a great pillows. Lovely Roast. We will definitely return !”

“Great location although parking restricted to road”
