“Extraordinario por la historia y la ubicación. Si quieres moverte por la zona desde ahí hay que tener en cuenta que está muy elevado: pocos kilómetros pero mucho desnivel. Precisamente es lo que le da las vistas extraordinarias.”

“What starts badly ends badly. The reception staff were quite rude, and the duty manager, Carolina, is unpleasant. My experience at the hotel was awful; I didn't feel comfortable from the first moment until the very end. The most tragic thing is that on my last day, the toilet wasn't working. A bathrobe would have been appreciated. The quality-to-service ratio is quite mediocre. The best things about the hotel are the outdoor areas, the pool, and the breakfast!”

“Belle vue mais chambre sans climatisation à 260 euros la nuit ça fait mal de ne pas fermer l’œil de la nuit…. Par ailleurs les petits déjeuners n’étaient pas compris dans le tarif de la nuit.Restauration très correcte personnel très aimable mais ne pas réussir à dormir reste un problème dans un hôtel prétendument de haut de gamme. Nous n’étions pas venus pour camper…En revanche notre chiot a été très bien accueilli Nous reviendrons quand la climatisation sera installee”

“Very nice hotel on the Lago Maggiore in Verbania! Staff was super kind to find the right room for my mother that is 82 and has mobility issues ! The area is very nice calm with many restaurants and cafe around . Great location of the hotel and from there you can also take the little ferries to visit all the Lake’s Town and little islands !”

“Las habitaciones impecables, el personal muy amable y profesional, el desayuno era bueno, de 9, y el bar muy bien servido. La zona de piscina no es muy grande y aunque hay aparcamiento gratis, una vez se completan las plazas en el hotel, hay que llevar el coche a una parcela que está junto al hotel pero no muy bien preparada de aparcamiento y sin mucho control.”

Thank you for making our stay so wonderful and above all, our deep gratitude to the owner, Renzo. The hotel is right across Villa Fedora park and beach, and the view from the room was fantastic. Our room was clean and kept so everyday, breakfast was delicious (with lots of choices). Definitely recommend!”
