“Reserve aquí para quedarme de paso y resulta que al llegar me pidieron un depósito de 50 libras por noche lo que en la publicación de expedía no te explican así que se me hace fraudulento que no te digan desde un inicio, la atención en recepción deja mucho que desear así como el desayuno que te ofrecen “completo” la verdad no lo recomiendo el hotel es viejo y anticuado”

The room was comfortable, and the staff was very kind and welcoming. We especially appreciated that they allowed us an early check-in, as we were coming from a very long flight and needed to rest before our flight the next day — that made a big difference for us. “Hotel muy práctico para hacer noche en el aeropuerto. Si sales de la T4 no hay más que cruzar a ella y si son otras terminales incluso de madrugada antes de que haya trenes entre terminales el bus local en la parada 11 al salir por la puerta principal en la planta llegadas te lleva a cualquier hora a la T5. Se paga solo 1,75 libras con contactless en el mismo bus al entrar como cualquier bus de Londres. Check-in rapidísimo y check-out instantáneo. Super preparado para no perder el tiempo.”

“El restaurante muy rico, mejor ubicacion imposible, este casi adentro de la terminal 2 y caminando a la terminal 3. El personal muy amable. El A/C no funciona bien y se siente caliente la habitacion.”

“Decent hotel that of course is going through some transformation at the moment. The room is on the small side. I stayed here for work and there isn’t even a desk and chair to do work from so I had to work from the bed which was not great. ”
